Facility Maintenance
Some of our large customers employ their own facilities manager and maintenance staff.  They look to ServiceMaster Services to extend their resources and manpower capacity economically.  Their employees focus on tasks that require specific technical and trade skills (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.).  They, in turn, assign our employees to activities such as revamping, light repairs, water cleanup, snow removal, moves/set-ups, parking deck policing, etc.

Other customers are not large enough to support a full-time facility management professional or a maintenance technician. We are prepared to support them two different ways:
1.
Extend the scope of our janitorial services contract to include light maintenance activities such as relamping, grounds services, window washing, snow removal, pressure washing, painting, etc.
2.
Through a partnership with Corporate Facilities Group, Inc., ServiceMaster Services has access to a team of professional facility managers, building engineers, and maintenance technicians.  CFG and ServiceMaster Services will conduct a facilities assessment which will drive a facilities plan and a proposal with several options for facility maintenance services.  The client will be able to access a mix of facilities management, building engineering and handyman services at an affordable price.  By managing the building’s systems and its outside vendors proactively, deferred maintenance can be budgeted and spread out, unexpected repairs minimized and overall maintenance costs reduced.
